Vice President — Venture Capital & Fund Investments

Adams Street Partners seeks a Vice President for their Menlo Park office to manage venture capital and buyout fund portfolios while supporting growth-stage co-investments and venture secondaries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate investment opportunities by meeting with GP groups and managing global deal flow

- Lead due diligence activities and prepare investment memoranda

- Participate in investment committee discussions

- Mentor junior staff and contribute thought leadership

- Attend annual meetings and monitor quarterly portfolio reports

- Support marketing initiatives to existing and prospective clients

Requirements:

- 6-8 years of investing analysis and due diligence experience with technology sector expertise

- MBA preferred (not required)

- Strong financial modeling, writing, and organizational skills

- Deep understanding of trends in the private equity and venture sector
