Key Responsibilities

- Develop cash flow models, investment theses, and risk analyses for secondary opportunities

- Conduct quantitative analysis and due diligence across private market transactions

- Support deal selection, pricing analysis, and transaction documentation

- Monitor existing investments and track portfolio performance

Requirements

- Undergraduate degree from a top-tier university

- 2–3 years of private equity or investment banking experience (M&A/LBO preferred)

- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and written communication skills

- Self-directed and motivated with a team-oriented mindset

Compensation

$115,000 – $135,000 base salary plus bonus and long-term incentive compensation.
