Investment Associate/VP

VENTURE+, a Taipei-based venture capital firm focused on value creation across Asia, is seeking an Investment Associate/VP to take ownership across the full investment lifecycle from sourcing and due diligence to portfolio value creation.

At VENTURE+, VC stands for Value Creation. The successful candidate will work alongside the investment team and portfolio companies to identify high-potential opportunities, lead due diligence, and drive synergies across the firm's triad of enterprise partners, start-ups, and LPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deal Scouting & Sourcing: Identify, evaluate, and build conviction on investment opportunities aligned with VENTURE+'s thesis

- Due Diligence: Lead end-to-end diligence on prospective investments, including market and technology assessment, financial analysis and valuation

- Portfolio Management: Actively support portfolio companies' growth across operations, business development, and strategy

- Synergy Execution: Drive strategic initiatives within the VENTURE+ ecosystem

- Strategic Collaboration: Connect with enterprise partners to build an industry resource pool that benefits portfolio companies

Requirements:

- 3+ years of experience in VC or CVC technology investment

- 3+ years on the tech operation frontline as a tech lead, sales manager, product manager, or entrepreneur

- Significant startup and tech industry network in Asia

- Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin

- First-person mindset with entrepreneurial experience preferred
