Investment Manager - UK Mid-Market Private Equity Fund. London. Via Finatal (ref CP15190).

A well-established UK mid-market private equity investor focused on founder-managed businesses across a range of services sectors is seeking an Investment Manager. The firm has a long track record and is entering a new phase of growth.

The Role: Involvement in deals end-to-end from day one - origination, due diligence/evaluation, execution and portfolio monitoring. Work closely with the deal team to identify, screen, evaluate and make recommendations on potential investments. Responsible for performing due diligence assessments and producing reports (commercial, financial, legal) for new potential investments.

Requirements: Investment banking (M&A) background; 1-2 years in mid-market+ investing highly preferred; exceptional academic track record; strong interpersonal and communication skills; ambitious, adaptable mindset.
