An entrepreneurial pan-European private capital fund seeks a new Investment Associate to join its high-performing team. The fund has a flexible mandate and is highly hands-on with portfolio companies, partnering with founders to unlock growth through M&A and organic strategies.

The Role: End-to-end deal involvement with significant responsibility and exposure from day one. Work closely with the deal team to identify platform deal targets through advisors and off-market channels, perform due diligence assessments and produce reports (commercial, financial, legal). Opportunity to take board seats and work closely with management teams on value creation strategies.

Requirements: 2-5 years investment banking experience; European language skills a plus.
