Investment Associate

Uncork Capital manages over $1.2 billion with a portfolio valued at $59B+. The firm seeks an operator-minded Investment Associate to work directly with Partners on early-stage AI and infrastructure investments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source new investments by building authentic relationships with founders at demo days and technical events

- Lead due diligence: evaluate founding teams, conduct market research

- Support portfolio companies on go-to-market strategy, hiring, and fundraising preparation

Requirements:

- 2-4 years experience in product-facing or business roles at fast-growing AI startups

- Strong technical understanding and founder empathy

- YC founding or early-stage company experience preferred

- Self-directed with existing SF startup ecosystem connections
