### Key Responsibilities

- Support restructuring transactions (court and out-of-court processes)

- Participate in creditor and company negotiations

- Build financial models with scenario analysis

- Prepare investment committee materials and management updates

- Re-underwrite distressed credits with actionable recommendations

- Support portfolio companies post-reorganization

- Maintain distressed credit watchlists

- Integrate AI tools to enhance analytical workflows

### Requirements

- 2-4 years in restructuring investment banking, private credit, or leveraged finance

- Strong financial modeling skills in restructuring scenarios

- Credit documentation expertise

- Knowledge of bankruptcies, liability management, and stressed transactions

- AI tools experience advantageous

Compensation: $150,000 base salary (New York) plus comprehensive benefits and discretionary incentives.
