Commercial Credit Analyst

100% Remote 32,500 - 71,500 - Based On Experience & Hours Industry Experience: Banking / Credit Unions / Appraisals Core Responsibilities  Analyze Commercial Loan Requests and assist in the preparation of detailed credit memoranda. Evaluate borrower financial statements, tax returns, cash flow, collateral, guarantor strength and repayment capacity. Spread financial statements and perform ratio, trend and cashflow analysis. Identify strength/weaknesses and mitigating factors within proposed transactions. Assist commercial lenders with portfolio management and annual credit reviews. Help ensure loan requests comply with Bank policy, regulatory requirements and sound underwriting standards. The position will start as a part-time position with the opportunity for full-time as loan volume increases.
