Associate

Rallyday Partners is a Denver-based lower middle market private equity firm founded by successful entrepreneurs to provide inspired capital for ambitious, scaling businesses. In early 2022, Rallyday raised its second fund securing $205 million from universities, non-profits, and institutional investors with a mandate to invest in ambitious, scaling businesses with the potential to transform their industries. The firm completed a first close on its third fund in May 2026.

Rallyday is seeking to hire an Associate with 1-4 years of post-undergraduate experience to be an integral member of the investment team. The Associate will support all aspects of the investment life cycle, including deal origination, execution, and portfolio company management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support deal origination through research and outreach to target companies in the lower middle market

- Conduct financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence on investment opportunities

- Prepare investment memoranda and materials for the Investment Committee

- Support portfolio company management and value creation initiatives

- Collaborate with the Rallyday team on strategic initiatives across the firm
