Senior Investment Professional, Digital Real Estate & Infrastructure

A well-capitalised international investment group is seeking a Senior Investment Professional to join its London office, focusing on greenfield digital real estate and infrastructure investments. The role is being recruited via PER on a confidential basis.

This is a highly entrepreneurial position offering exposure to a broad range of transactions across digital infrastructure asset classes — principally greenfield datacentre investments across key international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Originate and assess opportunistic investment and development opportunities globally

- Lead financial analysis, underwriting, and preparation of investment committee materials

- Manage due diligence and transaction execution processes from inception to completion

- Develop relationships with developers, investors, lenders, and external advisors

- Monitor portfolio performance and oversee value creation initiatives

- Contribute to the development of investment strategy and expansion into new markets

Candidate Requirements:

- Significant experience leading greenfield datacentre or digital infrastructure investments (pre-requisite)

- Strong transaction execution capabilities and advanced financial modelling skills

- Experience across multiple geographies and asset classes is highly desirable

- Demonstrated ability to source and execute complex investment opportunities

- Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach and strong relationship management skills

- Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
