Director – Supply Chain Transformation / PE Value Creation

A high-growth advisory firm building out its Private Equity value creation capability is seeking a Director-level Supply Chain Transformation specialist, placed via Neos Talent. The firm works directly with PE sponsors and portfolio companies to deliver measurable operational and financial impact.

The Director will bring expertise across supply chain transformation, procurement and strategic sourcing, logistics and distribution, S&OP and IBP, network optimisation, inventory and working capital improvement, operational performance improvement, and digital supply chain analytics and AI-enabled transformation. This is an execution-focused role, not pure strategy — the team needs someone who can identify value, build the roadmap, and help drive execution across PE-backed businesses.

Relevant backgrounds include supply chain boutiques, operations consulting, PE value creation advisory, Big 4 or strategy consulting, and operator-advisory hybrids. The position is hybrid and flexible, based in the United States. Compensation includes $275k base salary plus performance bonus plus $85k equity.
