Vice President, Portfolio Valuation

Kroll's Portfolio Valuation practice, the leading provider of valuation advisory to the global alternative investment industry, seeks a VP to join its Boston office (hybrid). The practice specializes in valuing illiquid investments across private equity, hedge fund, credit, venture capital, and infrastructure asset strategies for leading alternative asset managers worldwide. Responsibilities include developing DCF, market multiple, market transaction, and option pricing financial models; conducting valuation analysis on illiquid investments across industries and geographies; managing teams of senior associates and analysts; conducting client interviews; and cultivating client relationships. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or MBA) with 4+ years of experience developing and reviewing valuation and financial models.
