Vice President, Infrastructure Finance

ING seeks an Infrastructure Finance banker for its Sector-based and Specialized Lending platform in the Americas. The successful candidate will combine sector expertise with strong credit and execution skills while partnering with coverage and execution teams to originate complex infrastructure financings. Key responsibilities include originating and executing infrastructure transactions with limited supervision driving credit processes from inception through financial close, preparing internal memos and credit approval packages, structuring and executing straightforward transactions independently, coordinating with financial markets and debt capital markets departments, mentoring junior team members, and monitoring infrastructure market trends. Required qualifications include Bachelor degree or Master in Finance Engineering Accounting Business Economics Mathematics or related field, minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience preferably in infrastructure, expertise in concession and PPP financing NAV-based financings and infrastructure corporate lending, and strong MS Office and financial modeling skills with credit analysis background. Preferred qualifications include datacenter financing exposure FINRA certification (SIE Series 79 and 63) Spanish language proficiency and established network in infrastructure finance sector. Salary range is $185,000 to $240,000 annually.
