Associate Vice President, Infrastructure Debt Investment

A leading institutional investor is hiring an AVP for its New York-based Infrastructure Debt team, placed via Infrassocs. The platform is an active lender across North American infrastructure in power and renewables, digital infrastructure, transportation, and other essential assets. The team invests across the capital structure including investment-grade, mezzanine, and select high-yield opportunities.

The AVP will lead and support underwriting and execution of infrastructure debt investments across the full transaction lifecycle. Responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models and performing comprehensive credit analysis, conducting due diligence on assets, sponsors, counterparties, and transaction structures, assisting with structuring, negotiating, and executing investments, preparing investment memoranda and credit recommendations for investment committee approval, and monitoring existing portfolio investments.

Required qualifications include 5–7 years of experience in infrastructure finance, project finance, leveraged finance, infrastructure debt, or private credit. Strong financial modeling and credit underwriting skills are essential, along with experience evaluating and executing debt transactions within infrastructure and/or energy sectors. Bachelor's degree required; New York-based or willing to relocate.
