About This Role

Role Overview

Inflection Club — the co-investment arm of Decentralized Masters, a financial education platform with $100M+ revenue and 4,500 high-net-worth members — is hiring its first Partner, Origination to build and operate its primary dealflow engine: warm relationships with top-tier VC funds offering co-investment allocations. This is a relationship-activation role, not cold sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Activate existing relationships with partners, principals, and co-invest desks at seed-to-growth VC funds (target list includes Sequoia, a16z, Benchmark, Greylock, Lightspeed, Accel, Founders Fund, and others)

- Position Inflection Club as a preferred co-invest partner with a clean SPV structure and 2-3 week close

- Surface 30-50 potential co-investment opportunities per quarter, of which 3-5 are presented to members monthly

- Negotiate access, allocation size, and information rights on behalf of the club

- Represent Inflection Club at industry events (SuperReturn, IPEM, NEXT, All-In Summit)

Qualifications

- 5-10+ years as principal/partner at a top-tier VC fund, co-investment desk, fund-of-funds, sovereign wealth fund, family office, or as an active super-angel/syndicate lead

- Able to name 20+ VC partners/principals who would respond within 24 hours

- Track record of receiving unsolicited co-invest opportunities from GPs

- Understanding of SPV mechanics, co-investment terms, and over-allocation economics

Structure & Compensation

6-month contractor-toward-full-time engagement (30-40 hrs/week), converting to full Partner status on proven fit. Carry participation on deals originated. Remote, with strong preference for New York City or San Francisco.
