Senior Associate, TPA Relationship Management

As Senior Associate – TPA Relationship Management, you will be the operational accountability owner for HarbourVest's private markets products administered by third-party fund administrators. This is a critical operations role on a growing global platform, ensuring institutional-quality fund administration across a complex portfolio of PE, credit, and real assets strategies.

What you will do:

- Serve as the primary point of contact and accountability for day-to-day performance of third-party administrators (TPAs)

- Monitor TPA delivery against SLAs; lead performance reviews and remediation for service gaps

- Coordinate across internal teams (investment, legal, client service, finance) to resolve complex operational issues escalated from or affecting TPAs

- Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, reporting standards, and technology integration with TPA partners

- Manage relationships with multiple administrators simultaneously across fund structures (closed-end, evergreen, commingled)

- Support the onboarding of new fund structures and the migration of existing products to new admin platforms

What you bring:

- 4–7 years of fund administration, operations, or investor services experience in private markets

- Strong working knowledge of PE/VC fund structures, NAV calculations, capital call and distribution mechanics

- Demonstrated relationship management skills and ability to hold vendors accountable

- Experience with private equity fund administration platforms (Allvue, Investran, iLevel, or equivalent)

- Hybrid work: 18 remote days per quarter
