PE Associate, Infrastructure & Real Assets

Opus Advisors is conducting a search on behalf of HarbourVest Partners for an Infrastructure & Real Assets Associate based in Boston (start Q1–Summer 2027). HarbourVest's infrastructure team has committed over billion since 2014 across renewables, transportation, utilities, power, energy transition, and digital infrastructure. Associates can expect high-velocity deal flow (17 transactions completed in 2025), hands-on responsibility across primaries, secondaries, and co-investments, and strong mentorship in a flat organization. HarbourVest manages 61B+ in AUM globally.
