Associate, Credit Secondaries & Portfolio Finance (VCOP)

Goldman Sachs Vintage Credit Opportunity Partners (VCOP) is part of the Vintage Platform, Goldman Sachs Asset Management's dedicated secondary investing platform within the External Investing Group. The Vintage Funds have raised and invested nine globally diversified secondary funds and three strategy-specific vehicles. The group has invested over 5 billion across 750+ secondary transactions.

VCOP focuses on credit secondaries and portfolio finance transactions. Associates conduct commercial and financial due diligence across credit deal types: credit continuation vehicles (company-level due diligence, valuation, structuring), LP secondary transactions (fundamental asset-level valuation across diversified credit portfolios), and portfolio finance transactions (structured asset-backed liquidity solutions for LPs, PE sponsors, family offices, and corporates).

Responsibilities include driving portfolio valuation and modeling, preparing investment committee materials, presenting investment opportunities to the IC, and working with external advisers and legal counsel. Associates leverage Goldman Sachs' extensive GP and LP relationships across the alternatives franchise.
