Managing Director - PE-focused Transformation

The FTI PE Performance Improvement team delivers high-impact consulting projects for Private Equity clients across the UK and EMEA. This Managing Director role sits within the EMEA Business Transformation team, which has experienced impressive year-on-year growth with offices across UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Middle East and South Africa.

About the Role

Managing Directors at FTI are client-facing and work-generating consultants who typically lead smaller projects and act as the delivery lead on large engagements, both pre and post deal. They are a key part of management of a successful and growing practice working across EMEA.

The role encompasses business development, leading pitches and generating new business from an established network of Private Equity contacts in the UK. MDs also deliver high-quality client work for PE sponsors across a range of situations.

What You Will Need to Succeed

- Proven experience advising PE clients on pre and post deal topics including Operational Due Diligences, Carve Out Due Diligences and Post Deal Full Potential Programmes

- An established network of Private Equity contacts in the UK/EMEA

- Track record of generating business from PE relationships

- Strong project leadership and client management skills

- Experience leading cross-border, cross-functional teams in a consulting environment
