Senior Investment Manager Real Estate

An established international real estate investment manager with over 50 years of track record and a pan-European presence is seeking a Senior Investment Manager Real Estate to join its Transactions team in Frankfurt am Main. The firm manages a real estate portfolio of approximately €3 billion and operates with a team of around 50 investment professionals across multiple European offices.

In this senior position within the transactions platform, the successful candidate will play a central role in the firm's investment activities across Germany and selected European markets. The current strategic investment focus is on logistics real estate in Germany as well as select opportunities in Spain and France.

Key responsibilities include identifying, analyzing and executing real estate investments across Germany and Europe; managing complex transaction processes from structuring through to closing; leading negotiations and coordinating the full due diligence process; preparing and presenting investment decisions to internal investment committees and investors; integrating ESG criteria and sustainable investment strategies into the transaction process; working closely with portfolio and asset management teams to identify value enhancement opportunities; supporting financing structuring and bank communication; and reporting directly to the Head of Transactions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in real estate transactions, with hands-on experience across buy-side and sell-side processes. Experience with logistics and pan-European real estate mandates is advantageous. The role offers a high degree of deal ownership and direct exposure to senior stakeholders across the organization.
