Director, Investor Partnerships

Deerpath Capital, a leading direct lending firm specializing in first lien senior debt financing for U.S. lower middle market companies, is seeking a Director of Investor Partnerships based in Dallas covering Texas and the southern U.S. region.

The role requires established institutional investor relationships and a proven track record in capital raising within private markets. The Director will report to the Head of North America Investor Partnerships and will prospect new investor targets across pensions, endowments, foundations, insurance companies, RIAs, family offices, funds of funds, asset managers, and consultants.

Core responsibilities include investor prospecting and pipeline development, delivering presentations to prospective investors, managing investor inquiries and due diligence requests, tracking progress in CRM, and coordinating placement agent activity. Deerpath maintains investment offices in New York, Boston, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Fort Lauderdale, with overseas investor relations offices in London, Seoul, Tokyo, Dubai, and Brisbane.
