Real Assets, Digital Infrastructure Associate

Blue Owl Capital is seeking a Digital Infrastructure Associate for its Real Assets team in Chicago. The role focuses on investing and managing digital infrastructure opportunities including data centers and related assets.

Responsibilities: develop underwriting models with scenario analysis; draft investment committee materials; manage due diligence and execution of transactions; screen investment opportunities; conduct market research (supply/demand, comps, competitors); assist with asset and fund management; participate in business development activities including on-site tours and management meetings.

Requirements: 2–4 years in a transaction-oriented role in real estate or infrastructure (private equity, acquisitions, development) or investment banking, structured finance, or project finance; knowledge of real estate and/or digital infrastructure valuation; strong financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
