Real Assets Credit, Associate (Investment Team)

Blue Owl Capital (NYSE: OWL), with over $315 billion in AUM as of March 2026, is seeking a Real Assets Credit Associate for its New York investment team. The firm invests across Credit, Real Assets, and GP Strategic Capital platforms.

Responsibilities: originate, structure, and execute investments across the capital structure — direct lending, preferred equity, single loan or portfolio acquisitions, securitized assets, and JV partnerships; conduct due diligence and develop investment theses; prepare investment committee memos; support portfolio management and asset allocation.

Requirements: 2–5 years in real estate finance investing (private equity, private credit, family office, hedge fund, investment banking, or REIT acquisitions); strong quantitative and analytical skills; excellent written and verbal communication. Base salary: $150,000–$165,000 plus discretionary bonus.
