To learn more, visit www.blueowl.com Role Overview We are seeking a Principal, Client Operations & Reporting to provide senior leadership across client reporting, operational oversight, and data governance for our insurance solutions platform. This role will act as a strategic point of contact for complex insurance clients, oversee reporting and servicing workflows, and drive enhancements to data quality, reporting infrastructure, and operational scalability. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience across alternative asset management, insurance investment operations, and client reporting, with demonstrated success leading teams, interfacing with sophisticated institutional stakeholders, and modernizing reporting through analytics and technology. Key Responsibilities: Client Operations & Service Leadership Serve as a senior operational and reporting lead for insurance company clients investing across alternative strategies (e.g., private credit, structured investments, corporate credit). Act as an escalation point for complex client inquiries related to operational processes, reporting outputs, data integrity, and servicing models. Partner closely with Portfolio Management, Investment Teams, Legal, Compliance, and Risk to deliver a hightouch, institutionalgrade client experience. Ensure operational readiness for new mandates, product launches, and customized insurance client structures. Client Reporting & Deliverables Provide senior oversight and accountability for performance reporting quality, governance, and client communication across the insurance platform. Translate complex performance results into clear, client‑ready insights, partnering with investment and portfolio management teams to support client discussions. Oversee the production and delivery of recurring and ad hoc client reporting, including portfoliolevel, investmentlevel, and insurancespecific reporting requirements. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting across multiple data sources, internal systems, and thirdparty administrators.
