Private Equity Specialist

Vanguard is seeking a Private Equity Specialist to join its Private Markets team within Advice & Wealth Solutions. As investor interest in private markets accelerates, this team is responsible for designing, delivering, and scaling private markets solutions that can meaningfully enhance long-term outcomes for investors, consistent with Vanguard's principles of trust, discipline, and rigor.

The Private Equity Specialist serves in a client-facing role within Vanguard's private markets offering, leading high-quality conversations with eligible investors about private equity products. The role requires investment acumen, strong judgment, and the ability to independently guide investors through complex concepts, help them navigate enrollment, and manage ongoing servicing needs.

Core responsibilities include leading in-depth client conversations about Vanguard's private equity offering, explaining investment rationale, structure, risks, and long-term considerations. The specialist will partner with relationship teams and advisors to assess client needs and position private equity solutions appropriately, conduct proactive outreach to eligible and interested investors, and serve as a single point of contact throughout the private equity enrollment process from initial interest through subscription completion.

Additional responsibilities include supporting fulfillment of private equity capital calls, addressing client inquiries, and contributing to the continued evolution of the private equity offer by helping develop procedures, tools, and client resources. The role also involves collaboration with internal partners to resolve client issues and improve the overall experience.

Requirements include a minimum of five years of relevant experience in private markets, financial services, or a client-facing investment role. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX.
