VC Associate

Bloom Equity Partners, a New York City-based private equity firm focused on B2B software and technology businesses, is seeking an Associate to join its investment team.

Responsibilities include conducting industry due diligence, sourcing and assessing investments, leading financial modeling, collaborating with portfolio company management post-close, and supporting internal operations.

Requirements: 1-2 years B2B software PE experience + 2+ years IB or consulting; strong financial modeling skills; top-tier university degree.
