Investment Analyst - Real Estate Private Equity

Belmont Search is recruiting an Investment Analyst for a leading international real estate private equity fund based in London. Salary is approximately £75,000–£80,000 fixed plus 70–100% bonus and strong benefits.

Working within an experienced acquisitions team, the Analyst will support the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of transactions across multiple asset classes, primarily focusing on UK real estate with selective pan-European opportunities. The role also provides exposure to asset management across the existing portfolio.

Key responsibilities include financial modelling and cash flow analysis in Excel, supporting acquisition underwriting and execution, conducting commercial due diligence and market research, preparing investment committee papers and presentations, assisting with valuations and business plan analysis, and liaising with external advisers (agents, valuers, lawyers, technical consultants).

Qualified candidates will have experience in real estate investment, capital markets, or valuations, excellent financial modelling skills, strong commercial judgement, and a genuine enthusiasm for property markets. Candidates from leading real estate advisory firms, investment managers, or developers are particularly encouraged to apply.
