Associate – Healthcare AI Investments

B Capital Group is a global multi-stage venture capital firm seeking a pre-MBA Associate for its Healthcare AI Team, covering Series A to Growth Equity investments in healthtech and digital health.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop market research and investment theses; source opportunities aligned with investment themes

- Monitor AI trends in healthcare

- Evaluate investment materials and lead due diligence (financial modeling, legal, tax, audit)

- Provide portfolio company support across operating areas

- Leverage the firm and BCG networks to connect portfolio companies with key customers

Requirements:

- 1-3+ years experience in investment banking, finance, or business development

- Undergraduate degree in economics, data science, biology, or related fields

- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco

- Hybrid: 3 days in-office

Compensation: $110,000–$130,000 (California candidates, based on experience)
