Associate, Investor Services

Ares Management is hiring an Associate for its Global Client Solutions (GCS) team in Los Angeles. Investor Services acts as a centralized point of contact for external clients, internal teams, and service providers on investor data, onboarding, inquiry management, and data rooms across all Ares business lines including credit, private equity, real assets, infrastructure, secondaries, and strategic initiatives.

The Associate will support organizational and project management efforts, work closely with Relationship Management and Product Management teams globally, support the investor onboarding process including review of subscription agreements, AML/KYC, and regulatory and tax documents, and capture and maintain investor data throughout the investor lifecycle. Additional responsibilities include responding to investor-related inquiries, managing investor data rooms, and assisting in developing and implementing new workflows and procedures.
