Analyst/Associate, Alternative Credit Investor Relations

Ares Management is searching for a highly motivated, detail-oriented team player to join as an Analyst or Associate on the Alternative Credit Investor Relations Team in New York. Ares Alternative Credit focuses on asset-based finance (ABF) and tactical asset investing opportunities, managing approximately $57.3 billion in assets as of March 2026.

The role supports product development, marketing strategy, and the creation of marketing and due diligence materials for the Alt Credit business. The Analyst/Associate will also be involved with ongoing investor relations activities for Alt Credit funds and separately managed accounts, providing high visibility to senior management and investors.

Key responsibilities include assisting with the development of investor presentations and pitch books; maintaining due diligence questionnaires and data room materials; managing investor communications and tracking investor requests; supporting fundraising efforts across institutional channels; and coordinating with investment teams to produce performance reports and portfolio updates.

The ideal candidate possesses strong verbal and written communication skills, outstanding analytical capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively. Prior experience in finance, investor relations, or alternative investments is preferred.
