Counterparty Credit Risk Lead

Apollo Global Management seeks a Director or Principal-level Counterparty Credit Risk Lead to join its independent Risk function in New York, focusing on the ATLAS SP platform. The role is responsible for evaluating corporate credit exposures across complex structured finance transactions.

Key duties include conducting fundamental credit analysis across non-bank lending sectors, building detailed financial models with stress scenarios, preparing credit risk memoranda for senior leadership and investment committees, and monitoring ongoing portfolio credit exposures. The position involves managing a team of credit professionals and collaborating closely with investment teams across Apollo business lines.

Candidates must have 7-10 years of experience in corporate credit underwriting or risk management, with expertise in cash flow modeling, leverage analysis, and investment committee presentations.
