Superstep Capital Invests in Zencore's AI Growth

Zencore, a prominent independent Google Cloud consultancy, has secured a strategic investment from Superstep Capital. This funding infusion is set to accelerate Zencore's expansion of its comprehensive artificial intelligence services, particularly its newly launched ZenAI Factory, a framework designed to facilitate the deployment of agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients on the Google Cloud platform.

Founded in 2021 by former executives from Google Cloud, Zencore has established itself as a leading Google Cloud Premier partner, evidenced by its four Partner of the Year accolades and nine specialized certifications. The firm boasts a strong track record with hundreds of successful engagements across North America and EMEA. The investment from Superstep Capital will bolster Zencore's leadership, delivery capabilities, go-to-market strategies, and partner ecosystem, all while maintaining its independent operational focus on Google Cloud.

The timing of this investment aligns with the introduction of Zencore's ZenAI Factory. This innovative framework is engineered to streamline the productionization of agentic AI projects, offering specialized solutions for critical business functions. Initially, the factory will feature three distinct offerings: the Agentic Software Factory, which integrates AI coding agents like Google Antigravity into software development lifecycles; the Agentic Data Factory, designed to automate data modeling, analysis, and reporting across systems like BigQuery using AI agents; and the Agentic Operations Factory, focused on AI-driven infrastructure monitoring, problem diagnosis, and incident resolution.

Further enhancing its client support, Zencore is making the ZenAI Factory accessible with Forward Deployed Engineering resources. This provides clients with direct access to specialized engineers who will collaborate closely with internal teams during implementation phases. This move addresses the escalating demand for expert consulting and implementation services as enterprises increasingly adopt AI, machine learning operations, and agentic systems on Google Cloud. The market for such specialized services is expanding rapidly, mirroring Google Cloud's own impressive growth, which recently approached a $100 billion annualized revenue run rate, with an 82% year-over-year increase in Q2 2026.

Superstep Capital, with its exclusive focus on digital services businesses and leadership comprised of seasoned operators, sees significant potential in Zencore's specialized approach. The firm's investment strategy prioritizes scaling businesses that have already demonstrated substantial revenue growth. For Zencore, this partnership provides the necessary capital to scale its operations and enhance its AI offerings without compromising its established engineering-led, senior-staffed service model. This strategic alignment is further supported by Google's commitment of $750 million to an agentic AI partner fund, underscoring the significant market opportunity.
