We combine institutional-grade investment discipline with a founder-aligned mindset, operating across the U.S., Europe, and select international markets.</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an experiences Principal to represent YXS Capital in San Francisco and lead our on-the-ground presence in the Bay Area.</p> <p>This is a senior investment role for a highly driven venture investor with deep SF ecosystem credibility, strong judgment, and the ambition to operate at the highest level of the industry. You will serve as a core extension of the partnership, representing YXS Capital locally while remaining tightly aligned with global strategy.</p> <p>The role reports directly to the Managing Partners.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Sourcing and Ecosystem Leadership</p> <p>Identify and originate high-quality investment opportunities from Seed / Series A through Series D in the Bay Area. Maintain an active, high-trust presence with founders, venture firms, angels, accelerators, and operators. Consistently represent YXS Capital as a long-term, high-conviction partner within the SF ecosystem.</p> <p>Investment Execution</p> <p>Lead investments end-to-end, including sourcing, founder engagement, diligence, investment memos, IC discussions, and execution. Partner closely with the Managing Partners on conviction-building, portfolio construction, and strategic decision-making.</p> <p>Portfolio Monitoring and Value Creation</p> <p>Support portfolio companies through active engagement, strategic guidance, and selective hands-on involvement. Contribute to monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for value creation across the portfolio.</p> <p>Brand, Reputation, and Market Leadership</p> <p>Maintain and expand YXS Capital’s brand recognition and reputation across the Bay Area through curated events, private dinners, conferences, and ecosystem engagement. Represent the firm with credibility, consistency, and seniority.</p> <p>Thought Leadership and Market Research</p> <p>Contribute to investment theses, market research, and forward-looking insights on emerging technologies and sectors.
