Senior Associate — Voy Ventures
Voy Ventures (backed by a Fortune Global 100 company) seeks a Senior Associate in San Francisco for a 6–12 month contract (potential to convert permanent). The role focuses on early-stage investments and strategic partnerships in climate tech, robotics, AI, and advanced manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate early-stage startups (Seed to Series B)
- Lead proofs of concept and pilot projects with internal teams
- Conduct strategic diligence and support investment decisions
- Manage post-investment partnerships across global R&D and innovation stakeholders
Requirements
- 2-7+ years in corporate development, CVC, VC, or innovation
- Technical/engineering background preferred
- Japanese language fluency a strong plus
