Managing Director - CVC Investments

Voy Ventures is recruiting a partner-level investor for an established global investment platform operating at the intersection of venture capital and corporate strategy, with an active focus across the US and Japan. As Managing Director, you will lead investments end-to-end from sourcing through execution and portfolio involvement, while working directly with corporate partners on investment themes and strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead venture capital investments end-to-end: sourcing, due diligence, execution, and portfolio management

- Work directly with corporate partners on investment themes and strategic priorities

- Shape direction and growth of a multi-fund investment platform

- Operate with real autonomy at a senior level and influence how capital is deployed

- Foster cross-border collaboration between US and Japanese corporate LPs

Requirements:

- 15-25 years of experience, including 10+ years in venture capital, corporate venture, private equity, or adjacent investing roles

- Demonstrated track record of leading investments and supporting portfolio companies

- Board-level exposure a plus

- Bilingual in English and Japanese

- Experience in mobility, automotive, manufacturing, fintech, SaaS, or related areas
