## Associate/Senior Associate, Investment (Innovation) — Temasek Capital Management

Temasek Capital Management seeks an Associate or Senior Associate for its Innovation investment team in San Francisco. This role is part of the Temasek Associate/Senior Associate Programme (TAP), a structured early career opportunity with up to 20 months' duration (with potential for 24-month extension based on performance).

### Key Responsibilities

- Identify sectoral developments and evaluate early-stage/high-growth investment opportunities

- Conduct financial analysis on assigned sub-sectors and portfolio companies

- Build financial models and prepare investment committee presentations

- Structure and execute new fund and direct investments; manage exits

- Monitor portfolio performance against original investment theses

- Develop relationships with companies, fund managers, analysts, and institutions

- Support portfolio reporting and strategic firm-wide initiatives

### Requirements

- Strong academic credentials with genuine investment passion

- 1-2 years in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or asset management

- Proficiency with Bloomberg, Factiva, Capital IQ, Pitchbook, Preqin

Compensation: $120,000-$175,000 base salary plus performance incentives
