Principal - Fundraising

Right Side Capital Management, managing $250M+ across 8 funds, seeks a Principal to lead capital formation efforts. Responsibilities include handling the complete fundraising lifecycle, prospect identification, relationship development, closing capital commitments, cultivating new LP relationships, managing existing investor accounts, and representing the firm at industry events. Requires 5-10+ years experience raising capital from institutional investors, family offices, and HNW investors for venture funds. Salary USD 175,000-250,000 plus bonus and carry-fee-sharing. Hybrid position in the Bay Area.
