Investment Analyst

Reformation Partners, a Miami-based growth equity and venture capital firm founded in 2019, is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its investment team.

Reformation Partners focuses on backing ambitious founders building transformative companies in sectors including fintech, healthcare technology, enterprise software, and consumer internet. The firm writes early-growth stage checks and works closely with founders on scaling operations, talent, and go-to-market strategy.

The Investment Analyst will support the investment team across the full deal lifecycle. Responsibilities include sourcing and evaluating new investment opportunities, building financial models to assess unit economics and growth trajectories, conducting competitive market analysis, and preparing investment committee materials and memos.

The role includes active deal sourcing by attending startup events, founder conferences, and building relationships across the Miami and broader Florida startup ecosystem. The Analyst will also assist with portfolio company support, including connecting founders to the firm network of advisors and experts.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a high-growth technology company. Strong financial modeling skills, clear written communication, and a genuine interest in early-stage technology businesses are required.
