Investor Engagement & Capital Raising (Associate / Manager)

RealVantage is a MAS-licensed, technology-enabled private equity real estate investment platform headquartered in Singapore. The platform provides curated cross-border investment opportunities to accredited and institutional investors, operating across multiple real estate strategies including logistics, living, hospitality, data centres, and alternative sectors, with a strong emphasis on alignment, governance, and disciplined underwriting.

As RealVantage continues to scale regionally and globally, the firm is seeking a commercially driven Investor Engagement & Capital Raising professional at the Associate or Manager level to help grow the investor community, deepen investor relationships, and support the firm's long-term growth through successful capital raising.

This is a front-office, investor-facing role responsible for driving investor acquisition, capital raising, and long-term relationship management across RealVantage's private equity and private credit real estate platform. The successful candidate will combine strong relationship management skills with a commercial mindset, acting as a trusted adviser to investors while contributing directly to the firm's fundraising objectives.

Working closely with the Investment, Marketing, Investor Experience, Operations, and Compliance teams, this individual will play a key role in expanding RealVantage's investor base while delivering an exceptional investment experience.

Key responsibilities include: proactively acquiring new investors and consistently raising capital across the firm's investment opportunities; deepening relationships with existing investors throughout their investment lifecycle; serving as the primary point of contact for investors; and collaborating cross-functionally with investment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure a seamless investor experience.

Candidates should have a background in investor relations, capital raising, or relationship management within private equity, real estate, or financial services. Strong commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, and experience in cross-border investment platforms or MAS-regulated environments are preferred. This role reports to the Head of the Investor Team and is based full-time in Singapore.
