Key Responsibilities

- Lead deal sourcing through relationships with founders, operators, and investors

- Evaluate investment opportunities via market analysis, customer references, and competitive assessment

- Lead investment processes from initial engagement through Investment Committee approval

- Build ecosystem relationships with venture firms and angel investors

- Develop long-term founder relationships across priority sectors

Required Qualifications

- 2–4+ years in early-stage venture investing or startup operations

- Demonstrated ability to source early-stage opportunities through founder networks

- Strong analytical skills for ambiguous market assessment

- Exceptional relationship-building and communication abilities

- Interest in B2B software, vertical software, and AI businesses

- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco Bay Area
