Associate – Investment Team

Northzone is a global multi-stage venture capital firm founded in 1996, currently deploying its $1.2 billion 10th fund. The Associate role offers comprehensive exposure to the investment lifecycle in Northzone's New York office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing: Uncover new deals, building authentic relationships with next-generation entrepreneurs

- Diligence: Collaborate on market, financial, and commercial analysis for investment decisions

- Ecosystem Building: Represent Northzone among founders, investors, and operators in NYC and US markets

- Thesis Development: Develop proprietary investment ideas in new markets, building deep sector expertise

- Portfolio Support: Partner with portfolio founders on strategic initiatives

Requirements:

- 1-3 years experience in banking, consulting, VC, or high-growth startups

- Strong network-building capability and entrepreneurial mindset

- Data-driven analytical and research skills

- Legal right to work in the US
