Investment Manager - Real Estate Debt Fund

The Hamburg-based Real Estate team is hiring an Investment Manager to oversee the full lifecycle management of a real estate debt fund. The role encompasses four core areas: investment and transaction management, including identifying eligible credit engagements and preparing investment proposals for capital deployment; fund and product management, serving as the central interface between internal teams, the AIFM, auditors, and external service providers; loan servicing and credit management, including covenant monitoring, loan extension management, and subsequent drawdown processing; and reporting and valuation, covering quarterly investor reports, regulatory submissions, NAV calculations, and audit coordination.

Candidates should have a strong background in real estate finance or debt fund management, with hands-on experience in fund operations, credit monitoring, and regulatory reporting under AIFM frameworks. Familiarity with financial modeling, NAV processes, and investor communication is expected. The role offers broad ownership across all aspects of fund management within a well-resourced and respected private banking institution.
