Senior Finance Manager – PE Fund Accounting

An Asia-focused private equity fund is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to oversee finance, treasury, and administrative functions for regional PE investments across Australia, Greater China, Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia. This is a hands-on role supporting the full investment lifecycle.

Core responsibilities include supporting deal execution by establishing holding structures, onboarding service providers, opening bank and custody accounts, and managing fund flows for capital calls and distributions. The role also involves reviewing SPV financial statements, coordinating audits, overseeing third-party fund administrators, and managing multi-jurisdictional regulatory and KYC requirements.

Additional responsibilities include treasury management (cash controls, liquidity monitoring, wire transfers), executing wind-downs of holding structures post-exit, preparing monthly portfolio reports, and supporting quarterly investor reporting. The position requires coordination with external advisors and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions.

The ideal candidate holds a CPA, ACCA, or CFA qualification and has direct experience in private equity, asset management, or fund administration, with practical exposure to transaction support and multi-jurisdictional investment structures.
