The Role:

The Director, Semiconductor & Infrastructure Investments, will be a core member of the KDT investment team, responsible for the full lifecycle of venture capital investing within their designated areas. This senior position requires deep industry insight, a comprehensive understanding of technological trends, and a proven ability to identify, evaluate, and support high-growth companies from early to growth stages. The Director will contribute directly to KDT's portfolio growth and strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively source and generate new investment opportunities within the global semiconductor and infrastructure technology landscapes, identifying companies with compelling value propositions and market potential.

* Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, encompassing technical viability, market analysis, competitive positioning, financial modeling, and team assessment for potential investments.

* Develop robust investment theses, conduct detailed risk assessments, and present compelling investment recommendations to the KDT investment committee with clear rationale and expected outcomes.

* Negotiate investment terms, structure deals, and manage the execution of transaction documents to ensure favorable outcomes and alignment with KDT's investment strategy.

* Actively engage with portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance, operational support, and utilizing KDT's network to accelerate growth, achieve key milestones, and enhance value creation.

* Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and market dynamics within semiconductors and infrastructure to inform investment strategy, identify emerging opportunities, and anticipate market shifts.

* Cultivate and expand a network of entrepreneurs, industry experts, corporate partners, and co-investors, positioning KDT as a preferred partner in the ecosystem.

* Represent KDT at industry events, conferences, and forums, enhancing the firm's presence, thought leadership, and sourcing capabilities.
