About This Role

Kartesia is seeking an Institutional Fundraising Associate to join its Client & Product Solution (CPS) team in London. Kartesia is a privately-owned European credit fund management firm with €8 billion of assets under management across five credit strategies. The firm specialises in helping small and mid-cap corporate companies by providing long-term liquidity and flexible credit solutions, and has become one of the leading European managers in the leveraged loans market with a 12-year track record of delivering top-decile risk-adjusted returns.

The Associate will support the full range of marketing and fundraising activities across investor relations and new business development. Working closely with senior Partners, the role involves creating, drafting, and editing external financial communication materials including RFPs, pitchbooks, Private Placement Memoranda, quarterly reporting, investor presentations, and roadshow materials. Participation in investor meetings with a view to taking on additional responsibilities over time is expected.

The Associate will also help develop and oversee the Institutional LP programme, focusing on strengthening relationships with institutional investors and effectively communicating Kartesia's financial performance and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting research on financial trends to identify new capital raising opportunities, working closely with the Director of Institutional Fundraising to contribute to the CPS strategy, and supporting the creation of business plans for capital raising.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field, along with proven ability to work with client-facing teams and directly with investors in the private debt or private equity sector. Experience working on Private Placement Memoranda, Offering Memoranda, and Due Diligence Questionnaires is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and client management systems is expected, along with flawless written and verbal English. The firm operates across Europe with offices in London and other key financial centres.
