VP/SVP, Investment Risk (Real Estate)

The VP/SVP, Investment Risk (Real Estate) role sits within GIC's Risk and Performance Management Department. The successful candidate will serve as the senior investment risk manager for the Real Estate cluster, providing an independent and objective view of investment risk and performance drivers across GIC's Real Estate equity and credit strategies. Responsibilities include advising the Strategy CIO and Real Estate Investment Committee, monitoring portfolio risk and investment activities, providing risk advisory on strategy risk-taking and portfolio management processes, and preparing portfolio risk reports for senior leadership. The role also involves tracking market developments and assessing their implications for GIC's real estate strategies.

Candidates should have significant experience in real estate investment risk management, financial modeling, and portfolio analysis, with a deep understanding of global real estate markets and investment structures across equity and credit strategies.
