About This Role

Frasers Property Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager for its Investment team, responsible for growing and enhancing Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT), a real estate investment trust listed on the Singapore Exchange (SGX-ST) with a global mandate to expand internationally.

The successful candidate will play a key role in sourcing, underwriting, and executing real estate acquisitions for a diversified REIT portfolio spanning logistics and commercial assets across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Underwrite and execute real estate acquisition and divestment transactions with a global mandate

- Develop financial models including DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analyses for investment opportunities

- Lead the due diligence process including technical, legal, and valuation workstreams, and manage legal documentation (sales and purchase agreements, transaction documents)

- Collaborate with senior team members to structure bids and investment deals

- Prepare detailed investment theses and deal approval proposals for internal investment committees

- Build and maintain market intelligence across real estate markets; develop relationships with investment partners, brokerage firms, and property consultants

- Support fundraising activities and capital market initiatives as required

Qualifications and Experience:

- Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline

- 4–8 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, REITs, private equity, investment banking, or real estate advisory

- Strong financial modelling skills, including proficiency in DCF, IRR, and sensitivity analysis

- Hands-on experience in transaction execution, due diligence coordination, and valuation review

- Solid understanding of real estate deal processes, legal documentation, and investment structuring

- Proven track record of preparing investment papers and presenting recommendations to approval committees

- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams effectively in a fast-paced environment
