Senior Associate

FLEX Capital, a $200 million seed-stage venture fund, seeks a Senior Associate for their San Francisco investment team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source promising investment opportunities in emerging technology sectors

- Build relationships with founders, investors, and accelerators

- Conduct due diligence and market research

- Host events and represent FLEX in the local startup community

- Support existing portfolio company founders

Qualifications:

- 2+ years in fast-paced analytical environments (startups, accelerators, VC, banking)

- Proven community and relationship-building track record

- Prior venture or angel investing experience preferred
