The role functions as a hands-on sparring partner, pressure-testing product-market fit, shaping go-to-market strategies, and refining narratives to secure funding from elite US investors during the final Demo Day. You will have unparalleled access to the world's most ambitious pre-seed founders from London, Paris, and Bangalore as they land in the Bay Area.

Key responsibilities include partnering with founders daily to find first customers, nail positioning, and pressure-test go-to-market strategies for technical products. You will design and execute the Launch program curriculum, including exclusive speaker sessions and events that immerse founders in the SF startup ecosystem. The role also involves orchestrating the fundraising process by refining pitch narratives and facilitating high-value introductions to a deep network of tier 1 VC firms.
