Entrepreneurs First, a talent investor backed by Reid Hoffman and the Collison brothers that has built over $15B in value since 2014, is hiring an Investor for its Launch program in San Francisco. Entrepreneurs First backs world-class technical founders pre-idea and pre-team, bridging them to Silicon Valley to help them scale and raise seed rounds from top-tier US venture capital firms.

As Investor, Launch, the hire will run the three-month program that transforms EF's best technical founders into fundable Bay Area companies. Responsibilities include partnering with founders daily to find first customers and pressure-test go-to-market strategies, designing and executing the Launch program curriculum (including speaker sessions and ecosystem events), and orchestrating the fundraising process by refining pitch narratives and facilitating introductions to a network of tier-1 VCs ahead of the program's Demo Day.

The ideal candidate has at least 3+ years of experience as a founder, early-stage operator, or VC investor with a strong understanding of fundraising mechanics, and is deeply embedded in the San Francisco startup scene with existing relationships across VC funds and founder communities. Compensation is $180k-$200k plus equity.
